The Lost & Found service is located in the baggage claim area, after passport control in the arrival area.
In case of mishandled baggage, passengers should immediately approach the Lost & Found office presenting their airplane ticket and checked baggage stickers.
The Lost & Found Service offers the following services: making reports on mishandled baggage, electronic locating and tracing of baggage.
In case the baggage arrives damaged or some items from the baggage are missing, the passenger is obliged to contact the Lost & Found Service in order to file a report for the damage.
The Lost & Found Service is handling all airline companies operating from Skopje Alexander the Great Airport.
Lost personal property
If you lose or forget any personal property at airport or in aircraft, please contact us on e-mail: email@example.com.
If you want to leave baggage or some other item for custody, we are at your service. Maximum time for keeping is 30 days and there is a fee for this service.
