If your complaint relates to any of the services that the airport offers to passengers directly, and is related to the following:
- Airport staff behavior and service providing (kindness and helpfulness of the airport staff/ lack or inadequacy of information provided by our employees and/or through our systems)
- Airport terminal ambience and cleanliness (comfort of waiting areas)
- Lost baggage delivery (speed of lost baggage delivery service)
- Parking
- Shuttle Bus
- Taxi
Please send us your complaint with the specified details such as: date, time, place, description of the event and persons involved, to the following e-mail: customer.mk@tav.aero
We will review your case and respond to you appropriately within the next 15 business days at the latest, in accordance with our internal complaints handling procedure.
Important notice: Any complaint should be submitted within 30 days.
