  •   Airport staff behavior and service providing (kindness and helpfulness of the airport staff/ lack or inadequacy of information provided by our employees and/or through our systems)
  •   Airport terminal ambience and cleanliness (comfort of waiting areas)
  •   Lost baggage delivery (speed ​​of lost baggage delivery service)
  •   Parking
  •   Shuttle Bus   
  •   Taxi

We will review your case and respond to you appropriately within the next 15 business days at the latest, in accordance with our internal complaints handling procedure.
