- It is our strong belief that this will be great news for passengers both in Macedonia and in Germany because they will have another direct flight that will connect the two countries. This also marks the start of regular operations by Eurowings as a new low cost airline on the Macedonian aviation market. Skopje ‘Alexander the Great’ airport will have a connection with the main airport of Munich, which will be a great choice and opportunity for deepening the communication between the two cities. Another important fact that Eurowings is a member of the Lufthansa group, our passengers, not just from Macedonia, but also from the region will have additional connections both in Europe and on an intercontinental level beyond Munich - says Alper Ersoy, TAV Macedonia General Manager.
Tickets for the flights on this route are already on sale through the airline’s website, eurowings.com.
