Correction to the Announcement from 12th June 2021

Dear travelers and followers,
We would like to inform you that the part of the information (www.facebook.com/posts) which we published on Saturday, June 12, 2021, and which refers to the fact that Macedonian citizens can travel to Germany for tourist reasons, unfortunately it is not in force yet, although we as an airport received the information from our partners referring that Macedonian citizens will be able to travel without providing an essential reason for travel. Additionally, the same information was in our aviation systems where the latest Covid-19 travel rules/restrictions that apply to different countries are updated.
In the meantime, we’ve received a corrected information - that entrance in Germany for Macedonian citizens is still not possible for touristic reasons, therefore we are sharing the same with you. 
We apologize for the unintentional mistake.
We are currently expecting detailed information from the competent institutions and the competent Embassy and as soon as we receive it, we will share it with you.
The other details in the information we have published on June 12, are correct. 

Namely, N.Macedonia is no longer on Germany’s list of risk areas countries for Covid-19, meaning that the entry into the foreign country for Macedonian citizens is possible only for essential travelers by presenting either a negative Covid-19 test or proof of vaccination. At the same time, the electronically filled Passenger Location Form is no longer required as a prerequisite for boarding on a plane.
