Announcement to passengers

Dear passengers, 

Germany has updated the list of non-EU countries from where the passengers can travel for non-essential reasons, or touristic reasons, as of 20th June 2021.  
Please be informed that the German Federal Government will now allow entry into Germany from the following countries for all normally permitted purposes, including tourism: the USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Lebanon. The new rules take effect at 0:00 on Sunday, 20 June.

Traveling to Germany is allowed for passengers, or citizens of the countries listed, with the following requirements: 

-    Negative COVID-19 antigen test taken no later than 48 hours prior arrival; or 
-    Negative COVID-19 PCR, RT-LAMP or TMA test taken no later than 72 hours prior arrival; or 
-    Vaccination certificate (The certificate must show that the passenger has been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure and it must be enclosed in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish. AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech – accepted vaccines), 
-    If in the past 10 days, the passenger has not stayed in risk areas, Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini (Swaziland), India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Nepal, South Africa, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia, or Zimbabwe (;jsessionid=9D6CCD87CE18B09E4E88B61E4C96941C.internet071).
