TAV Macedonia General Manager, Nejat Kurt and Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Aleksandar Nikoloski, surprised the 3 millionth passenger while she was checking-in on the flight Skopje-Bari, informing her that she is the one who marked the significant moment for Skopje Airport and she will receive a reward.
TAV Macedonia and its sister companies: BTA, ATU and TAV MOS – awarded the lucky passenger with free of charge airport services and products in the business lounge, restaurants and duty-free shop, while Wizz Air provided two return flight tickets from Skopje to a Wizz Air destination that the passenger will choose.
And just for comparison, the first year of our operations, 2010, ended with 684,905 passengers at Skopje International Airport, so that in 2014 we reached the 1 millionth passenger, in 2018 - the 2 millionth, and today we celebrate the 3 millionth passenger, which clearly shows our vision, strategy and joint work with the Government as our partner, stated Nejat Kurt, TAV Macedonia General Manager.
