TAV Macedonia, a subsidiary of TAV Airports, the airport operator of both Macedonian airports, Skopje International Airport and Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport, last night was awarded by Vrabotuvanje.com as the most desirable employer in 2023 

At a gala ceremony organized by Vrabotuvanje.com, yesterday evening, April 17th, TAV Macedonia received the award of ‘The Most Desirable Employer in 2023’ in the category of Transport and Logistics. 
The selection was made based on the interest of potential employees in the open job positions of these companies, as well as the surveys, completed by random citizens who visited the website and voted, conducted on the website of the first Macedonian job search site Vrabotuvanje.com.mk to examine public opinion.

Out of 88 companies, size 200 – 5000 employees, competing for one of the 10 recognitions awarded yesterday, as being the most desirable employer in 2023, TAV Macedonia, the airport operator of both Macedonian airports, Skopje International Airport and Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport, was selected as the best and most desirable employer and recognized in the category Transport and Logistics. 
TAV Macedonia DOOEL is a company founded in 2008 as a company with its business activities related to Service activities incidental to air transportation and it took over the airport operations of Skopje International Airport and Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport in 2010. 

Since TAV Macedonia DOOEL manages and operates both Macedonian airports, the number of passenger traffic increased by almost 5 times for a period of 13 years (2011-2024). 
Throughout the years TAV Macedonia modernized airport operations thus providing top-quality airport services that include: ground handling services, security, cargo operations, safety, and airside management, and through the mother company TAV Airports and its sister companies it also provides catering, hospitality, commercial, VIP, IT, duty-free, and cleaning services – to the increasing number of clients, passengers and flights operated by numerous airlines that operate from both airports.
